How we treat your data.

Who we are.

DMN. is a one-person creative studio operated by Mohamed Amine Baatout, registered in Doha, Qatar. When we say "we," we mean him. When we say "you," we mean the person reading this — usually a prospective or current client.

What we collect when you contact us.

Submitting the form at damine.net/contact sends us your name, email, optional company name, and your message. We also record your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and any UTM parameters from the URL — strictly to spot spam and understand which channels send us inquiries.

What we do with it.

We read it, reply to you, and keep a private record of the conversation so we don't lose context across follow-ups. If we end up working together, the same record becomes part of your client file. We never sell, rent, or share your information. We never add you to a marketing list without asking first.

Where it lives.

Submissions land in a Postgres database hosted on Supabase (EU region). Notification emails are delivered through Resend. Both providers are bound by their own data-protection agreements.

Your rights.

You can ask us at any time what we have on file about you, request a copy, or request deletion. Email contact@damine.net and we'll handle it within seven days.

Cookies.

The public site doesn't set tracking cookies. The admin and client portal use a single first-party session cookie strictly for sign-in. If that ever changes (analytics, advertising), we'll add a cookie banner and update this page first.

Updates to this notice.

When something material changes we'll bump the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already shared, we'll email you before it takes effect.
